St. Jeanne De Lestonnac High School Temecula, CA USA. New build 26,000 square foot 2 story high school for the Order of the Company of Mary. Design, construction management and managed relationship with Riverside County Municipal Departments, include, Planning, Building and Safety and Transportation. Project also included off site improvements including traffic signals and wayfinding.
RENNOVATION
La Jolla Shores Hotel San Diego, CA USA. Renovation of existing hotel on San Diego Beach front. Initial phases include a full structural retro fit of the entire building include the shoring and removal of the primary structure. This phase also include the enhancements of the pool deck and public realm.
MURRIETA HOT SPRINGS RESORT MIXED USE
Murrieta Hot Springs Campus Resort and Spa $80M, Murrieta, CA USA. Full redevelopment of historical property including renovations of several existing structures into hotel, guestrooms, residential units lobby and bar areas, kitchen facilities, focal bath house and approx. 15 various pools and spas.

The Guild Hotel (shown right) $25M San Diego, California - Construction management of 110 Key historic redevelopment in Downtown San Diego. Developed relationship with San Diego Building and Safety to ensure the historic and civic building elements were retained.
Hyatt Hotels $70M San Jose, California - Design and construction management of 200 key hotel in San Jose. Both structures are 5 stories and were surround by extensive landscaping and public realm.
San Manuel Band Mission Indians Pre entitlement, strategic planning and project management of casino expansion, reservation housing and office modernization.
INDUSTRIAL
San Manuel Landing Phase 1 Warehouse (shown left) $102M Highland, California – Entitlement, design and permitting of a new 1,000,000 square foot facility in the Inland Empire. Established relationship with San Bernardino County Planning and Building Departments to ensure seamless agency coordination. Also managed engagement of GC and construction of entire facility including the tenant improvements.
San Manuel Landing Phase 2 Warehouse $50M Highland, California– Pre entitlement and strategic planning of entitlement package, including development of budgets and schedules.
