Alex Sephton is the founder and Development Director at AJS Partnership. He attended John Moors University in Liverpool, England and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with honors level accreditation.
Alex has honed his expertise, managing commercial construction and real estate development for the past 20 years. He has completed many projects for clients in the UK, New Zealand and California. He has worked with public and private sector clients building schools, industrial warehouses, ministry of defense buildings, banks, medical offices, casinos, parking structures, landscaping, commercial pools, resorts and hotels.
